The Opportunity

We are seeking a front end developer for a full time, on-site, non-contract position to build the best cutting edge web and mobile designs and interfaces in an agile environment, taking graphical concepts from our designers and making them come to life.

Our client is a leading agency in Ohio, working on the best projects with clients like the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Clinic on interesting, cutting edge projects. We're a close knit group that loves technology, and builds the newest, most advanced stuff. No boring, blocky designs here. We come up with something better.

Role and Team

Small team environment working with 5 other front and back end developers, along with other designers and project managers. The office is creative and friendly, with a lot of passion for design and code.

Required Skills and Background

3+ years of front end web experience with expert level HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge
Absolutely MUST have strong knowledge of responsive/adaptive design OUTSIDE OF FRAMEWORKS. No bootstrap here!
Strong ability to take graphical designs and cut them into efficient HTML/CSS
Knowledge skin/theme development on popular CMS's
Experience developing animation and advanced interfaces
Working knowledge as far as how to create and test highly (browser) compatible code
MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR HAVE A GREEN CARD. NO H1'S!

Other coding language or graphic design experience

Location

This is an on-site position at fantastic, modern headquarters in downtown Cleveland. While some work from home time is available, this is mainly an on-site position that requires you to live in the Cleveland area.
